Kristina Stangl is an American author. She was born and raised in San Francisco, California, USA.

She holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration, MPA; a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, with a minor in Middle East and Islamic Studies from San Francisco State University; along with Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) credentials from the University of Toronto, Ontario Institute for Studies in Education.

Before writing her first novel, Kristina previously worked in both the public and private sectors, having served in the United States federal government for nine years.

In addition to writing, Kristina enjoys traveling across the globe and visiting famous and historical sites, which she documents on her social media accounts. To date, she has traveled to over thirteen countries, three continents, and speaks three languages.

When Kristina is not traveling or writing, she’s at home experimenting with baking new desserts, pies and other sweet treats.
